This painting was made with oil paint on a 16 x 16 inch Premium Cotton Stretched Canvas. It was the first time using oils in years. The paint blended so smoothly and I cannot wait to explore all the different textures and techniques to enhance my future work. This painting is inspired by a family trip I had taken in 2022 and fell in love with this island right beside Dubrovnik. Lokrum Island is a stunning island, surrounded by crystal blue waters, beautiful nature and tonnes of peacocks!
