A Bunch of Sweet Sunflowers is painted with oils on a 42 cm x 59.5 cm canvas. Sunflowers hold many symbolic meanings. They represent positivity, loyalty, family, friendship, enlightenment and strength. From a young age, sunflowers have always been my favourite kind of flower. Not only because they’re so beautiful but because they radiate so much warmth.

They remind me a lot of my childhood. Every year we plant sunflowers in our garden. Myself and my mum grew very tall ones last year and we were in awe of them. Though the squirrels ended up destroying them by trying to take the sunflower seeds!
